MARK II
Body Armor
With the markII series the bulkiness was replaced with a set of armor that was easy to move in and very light. The reduction has the draw back of less armor coverage but allows more maneuverability and less weight.
 

Weight: 15 pounds
Armor Composition: Kevlar and composite plastic
Coverage: 35% coverage
Head: 30% coverage (Helmet)
Legs: 20% coverage(plates on lower leg and thigh)
Body: 90% coverage on the torso
Arms: 20% coverage on  forearms and tricep area
 

Ballistic Protection: Can survive a 20mm burst with only monior injuries.
Concussion Protection: All uncovered areas are in danger of injury. Helmet and armor can absorb 200 pounds per square inch of force.
Communications: 2 channel radio for squad and platoon frequencies other frquencies must be relayed through a command and control vehicle or aircraft.
Electronic Equipment: Low light and infrared vision equipment and small GPS unit in the arm.
Colors: Olive green, Black, Urban Cammo
Weapons: With the light weight of the armor any weapon can be employed.
